SAMA AL JAREENA FITNESS has a yearly calender for all the social programs for memebrs of all ages from the brain storming fun quiz night, to fun filled Karaoke Evening the for kids Swimming galas, speed and intelligence competition, puzzle out evening, scrabble evening, all only for members.
MONTH LONG PROGRAMS
We consider member to be rewarded for each effort they make to improve their health so we have formulated monthly long challenges for the whole year, for eg. "Run challenge - in this every day a member runs for 15 minutes on the treadmill for achieving maximum kilometers per day our team records your distance to the log for the members participanting and whoever cover highest kiometers is the WINNER".
