In order to maintain a high standard of facilities within a safe leisure environment and to ensure everyone’s enjoyment, please read and observe the following membership rules.

 

Sama Al Jareena Fitness has implemented the following terms and conditions to ensure the comfort of all their members and guests using the Health club pool facilities.

 

All members must present their membership card upon arrival at the reception and sign in.

 

The membership card is non transferable. Person who violates this rule will have their membership revoked without refund of their membership fees. Loss of membership card should be reported immediately.

 

Loss of damage to property or valuables will be the sole responsibility of the member or guests.

 

Payment of the membership fee must be made upon acceptance of the application.

 

Entry will not be permitted until the fee is paid and which is non refundable and non transferable, unless upon approval with solution by the Sama Al Jareena management.

 

The management has the right to refuse the renewal of any membership without explanation or reason.

 

Lockers are provided for your convenience and personal belongings storage.

 

Locker keys must be returned to the reception after use. For security reasons and the benefits of other members, all lockers must be vacated by the end of each visit and daily.

 

Towels are available to members and paid guests upon entry to the health club. They must be signed for and returned to a member of the staff after use

 

Member’s behavior in the Spa, changing room must not constitute a security or safety hazard to themselves or others in the swimming pool.

 

Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the gym, steam room, sauna.

 

Male children above 2 years and above not allowed in the female section.

 

Appropriate swimwear must be worn in the Swimming pool, sauna and gym. Proper gym attire and shoes must be worn in the gymnasium.

 

Person with infections disease, open lesions etc. should refrain from using the club.

 

The management reserves the right to ask any person violating the above rules and regulations to leave the club and refuse thereafter any further admission.

 

I have read and understood the above terms and conditions for membership to the Jasmine Spa and agree that both myself and my guests will cooperate and abide by the regulations imposed by the fitness Club.
